Get to know the role

As we continue to expand our menu to more locations, more exciting opportunities to join our EJ family become available. We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who is enthusiastic and able to manage a shift, able to make optimal store operations decisions, coach a dedicated team and develop leadership skills (passionate about juicy chicken cooked on hot charcoal is a bonus). Shift Supervisors are experts in store operations running smoother than you can say Shawarma, ensuring high-quality service and formidable relationships are established and fostered with both customers and your team.

Ideal Skills And Experience

Strong leadership experience in the retail or QSR restaurant industry

Completed Hospitality Qualifications

Completed Food Safety Handling Certification

Working to a high level of energy and efficiency

Be a favourable team player - just like our menu teams our juicy Chicken Plate perfectly with our flavoursome fresh sides

Willingness to follow direction and procedures to align with our values
