**About the Job**

We are seeking a driven and highly motivated **Business Manager **to introduce new departments into our supermarket stores, develop and look after our Business-to-Business accounts. This role will give you the opportunity to develop and grow a new portfolio, whilst having access to a supportive team filled with diverse talents, initiative, and leadership experience.

A strategic outside-the-box thinker will truly excel in this position, seizing every opportunity to develop strong relationships and exceed sales target.

**Roles and responsibilities**

Reporting to Managing Director, responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Introducing new departments into ourselves owned supermarket stores
- Managing and operating new departments together with store managers to hit the sales target
- Developing, managing a portfolio of business accounts
- Developing strategies to hit sales target consistently
- Responding to inbound inquiries
- Building and nurturing relationships
- Growing a funnel of opportunities and developing new business
- Executing promotions
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

**Requirements and Preferred Skills**
- Previous experience in B2B sales and/or managing a customer portfolio
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player who enjoys contributing to team success
- Results-orientated and work hard to Achieve sales targets and deadlines
- Willing to learn
- Experience in retail and wholesale or related field is essential
- Knowledge on e-commerce
- Familiar with business software such as PowerPoint, word and excel
