**The Opportunity**:
Join a forward-thinking and compassionate team dedicated to improving patient care through innovative solutions in healthcare. This role allows you to take a hands-on approach in enhancing our digital presence by optimising our website's technical SEO, improving site performance, and developing backlinking strategies to boost search engine rankings. You will be part of a dynamic, goal-driven team where your skills will directly impact our mission to provide cost-effective, high-quality medicinal cannabis.
**Your Role**:
**Technical SEO**:Perform audits to identify and resolve optimisation opportunities, improve site structure, and implement schema markup for better search engine visibility. Monitor and adjust site performance metrics to enhance load speed and mobile responsiveness.
**Backlinking Strategies**:Develop effective backlinking plans to boost domain authority and search rankings. Identify quality backlink opportunities and manage link profiles to ensure a positive impact and address any harmful links.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the SEO strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate SEO into broader marketing and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with content teams and copywriters to produce content that helps easykind rank for target keywords while remaining within advertising guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits of website content, architecture, and backlink profile to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyse key SEO metrics, such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion ranalyseates, and use insights to make data-driven decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, algorithm updates, and emerging trends to continuously refine and optimise SEO strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SEO-related inquiries, providing expertise and guidance to stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and platforms to support SEO efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:
- 10+ years of SEO experience, Demonstrated success in developing and implementing SEO strategies with proven case studies that you can walk us through
- Expert-level mastering of SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret SEO data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, effective collaboration with teams and leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
