**YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY**

As our passionate Copywriter, you’ll play a key role in shaping the Forever New brand voice across all channels, from digital platforms to in-store experiences.

Get excited to:

- Bring the Forever New brand to life through compelling copy that reflects our identity, values, and target audience.
- Maintain a consistent and authentic tone of voice across all customer touchpoints.
- Write engaging content for a range of platforms, including social media posts, eDMs, paid ads, promotional campaigns, web pages, category pages, product packaging, and in-store signage.
- Collaborate on copy from concept to final delivery across both digital and physical channels, ensuring alignment with Forever New’s brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the broader team to craft customer-first copy that is inspiring, on-brand, and engaging.
- Create and update long-form SEO content across our suite of websites.
- Coordinate with translation partners or use internal tools to ensure accurate, high-quality translations.

**THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US**
- Tertiary qualification in Writing, Journalism, Communications, or acceptable equivalent experience
- Strong and engaging copywriting, great verbal communication skills, and impeccable spelling and grammar
- Knowledge of fabrications and silhouettes to communicate fit, hand feel and end use to the customer
- Dynamic lateral thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- The desire and determination to develop and increase skill set and knowledge
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills including the ability to operate effectively and collaboratively in both a group situation and autonomously
- Demonstrated experience in fashion, brand, or product-based role
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Razor sharp editing skills, high level of accuracy, attention to detail and creative flair
- The ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, commercially driven environment.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrications, and silhouettes preferable
- Comfortable working to strict deadlines in an agile environment
- Ability to work in Microsoft suite and Figma - standard level of competency
- Proficiency with AI tools to streamline and optimize the copywriting process.
- Understands the customer and the importance of language to help sell products online
- Confidence in working with the wider Digital & Marketing team, buyers, and other related departments
