The role

An exciting opportunity to join Country Road & Trenery VM team where you will be responsible for supporting with the quotation and production requirements for windows, instore imagery, graphics, internal signage, digital screen content and packaging requirements.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate store closure asset requirements, briefing, hoarding and copy required
- Liaise and brief all suppliers on specifications including fabrications, measurements, quantity, delivery date and despatch requirements
- Ensure all assets for production are transferred and communicated to the South Africa teams
- Seek ways to improve efficiencies in production and communication
- Assist with sourcing new ideas, technology, references and props for seasonal promotions
- Coordinate and upload all digital requirements ensuring assets are available for launch dates
- Input quotes & process invoices for VM projects in the tracker ensuring they are updated weekly and accurate
- Manage quoting and costing projects by sourcing the most cost-effective solutions in accordance with the budget
- Garment labelling and swing tag requirements with design teams - Sole liaison between WIT and supplier for all ticketing requests and new developments. Constant communication with departments for requests - back and forth with ILS on artwork and approving
- Support with seasonal packaging requirements from briefing process, sampling, quantifying and production
- Brand refresh projects for labelling and packaging
- Research all new technologies for labelling and packaging to reflect good business journey.
- A sound knowledge of design, creative and pre-press production
- An ability to manage relationships with professional suppliers within both printing and retail fashion industries
- Excellent administration and organisational skills which enable you to meet both budget and timeline requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong excel skills
- A good eye for colour matching and attention to detail.
