We are looking for an organised person who works well in a team as well as autonomously to assist us with the launch of an exciting new project.

If you love writing, have a good command of the English language and are motivated to get the job done with little procrastination, we would love to have a chat with you.

It would be a bonus if you have a general understanding of social media and online marketing but not a deal breaker if you don’t, as we are happy to train the right person.

The role is very varied and would suit someone who is a quick learner and very comfortable multi tasking. You will have to be computer literate and not afraid to learn new programs.

A people person would be an added bonus as part of the role will be client facing.

**The Project**:
An innovative treatment model within the health and wellness space, that involves working with both clients and professional health practitioners and therapists.

We have been working on the development of this model for the last 18 months and now need hands on assistance to bring it to market.

**The Role**:
Initially 12 hours a week but we do expect the hours to increase as we progress. Some of these hours will be from the front desk of our busy practice in Willoughby, others you can complete at home.

You will be right hand person to the project founder and assist in all things needed to launch:

- Content creation - social media posts, blogs, website content and course content. This will be a team approach, with all guidance and training provided, as long as you are comfortable writing and collating content you will be fine.
- Assist with the creation of process and system documents for the program.
- You will be client facing for some of your time
- You will be responsible for appointment setting for clients.
- Coordinating schedules for the participating practitioners and therapists
- Sit in on group meetings and work with the transcripts from these meetings
