Position Summary:

- Rise with us and supervise the preparation and production of all hot or cold food items for the breakfast service period
- Assist in ensuring the quality, consistency and production of breakfast food areas focusing on attention to detail
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation
- Plan and manage food quantities and plating requirements for the food operation
- Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations, focusing on the guest’s overall wellbeing
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Assist the kitchen team with the preparation of food items required for daily operations
- Maintain strong food safety and property standards

About You:

- Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
- Passion for the industry
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
