Our client is a market Leader in the supply of products to the visual communications industry. They have been supporting their industry for over 40 years with high end brands, friendly customer service, reliable product information, fast deliveries, informative workshops and exciting events.

**What we are looking for**:
We are currently on the lookout for a driven Customer Service Superstar with an upbeat attitude to join our fun and dynamic team This is a unique opportunity for someone with superb interpersonal skills and a passion for sales, looking to progress their career working with a reputable industry leader.

**Your new role**:
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Your key responsibilities include:
Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.
- Counter sales including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders.

This is a full-time permanent role based in
**Roseville,** Sydney

- You are excellent at managing your own time and a real “self-starter”; you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
- You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
