Do you love design, social media or writing compelling content? Maybe you are a bit of an "all rounder"? Our growing Melbourne CBD Based Digital Agency is searching for a new team member who is driven and wants to learn and excel. If you are "social savvy", enjoy designing content with impact, are a creative copy writer or interested in UX/UI design - we want to hear from you.

**We offer flexible working arrangements, however there is a requirement to be in the office 3-4 days a week.**

**Job requirements**
- Support work alongside current Social Media Team to create dynamic content (Graphics, reels, video, GIFs, carousels etc)
- Support work alongside current Content Team to create interesting captions/copy
- Support work along side UX/UI design team
- Updating website content/images (CMS's include: Drupal / WordPress / Shopify / Magento and more)
- Updating company databases & client follow-ups
- General administration / Other tasks as required

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Skills required**
- We're looking for someone creative and willing to learn with a positive can-do attitude
- Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest and basic blogging on wordpress or Magento) would be beneficial but if you don't have this we can provide training
- Must be extremely computer and social savvy
- Demonstrate a collaborative team-oriented approach
- Knowledge of digital and technology trends and current news
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage priorities and deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and a pro-active approach are essential for this role
- Attention to detail - **this skill is paramount to the job**:

- Proactive and willing to learn
- The ability to work autonomously and accurately

**Experience**:

- Social Media 1+ years (Would be beneficial) or
- Content / Copy Writing: 1+ years (Would be beneficial) or
- Design / Development background: 1+ years (Would be beneficial)
