**The Company**

Are you looking for the opportunity to join an industry leader on an immediate start? Based in a central Sydney location, one of Robert Half's long-standing clients is looking for an eager and enthusiastic Payroll Officer to join their organisation to work closely in a collaborative environment on a 9 month contract with the potential to extend.

**The Role**
- Process end to end, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll
- New hires and terminations
- Maintain the time & attendance systems
- PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation, and workers compensation
- Assist and support employee self service
- Prepare payrolls for all paid wages employees (Weekly)
- Support the monthly pay run, as well as taking lead in the monthly payroll when required
- Coordinate and process any irregular payments/deductions

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Prior payroll experience spanning at least 5+ years.
- Experience in interpreting awards
- Preceda experience is a plus
