At C&K Central we are excited to offer a new position for a full-time Payroll Officer in our Kedron Central Office.

You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:

- **New employee forms**:Process new and reinstated employee documents into our iChris payroll system.
- **Time and Attendance System**:Assist with maintenance of the TNA system, EasyEmployer, ensuring records are always up to date. Provide support to employees.
- **Processing Payroll**:Accurately collect, coordinate, and process payroll data for the fortnightly pay runs for our kindergarten, childcare and central employees ensuring all payroll processing conforms to legislative requirements, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- **System Support**:Provide support to employees for various systems (iChris, Kiosk and EasyEmployer) and provide on-going support Assist with employee queries regarding leave balances and requests and salary sacrifice deductions in a timely manner.

**What you’ll bring**

If you are passionate about payroll, we would like to hear from you Our high-volume payroll office will see you assisting with end-to-end payroll processing, responding to employee queries and processing payroll documents.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

- Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these - we will cover the cost of both).
- Any relevant qualification and understanding or experience of running a payroll for a medium to large organisation would be beneficial
