**About the Role**
BOQ Business, part of BOQ Group, currently has an opportunity available for an experienced Account Manager to supporting our Novated Lease function

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Account Manager is a front line and 1st line of defence sales and relationship position playing a key role in the acquisition of profitable new business volumes from existing Novated Leasing Introducers. This relationship role is focused on generating maximum share of wallet and value from an existing Introducer base and carries volume, margin and qualitative targets.

The role requires a regular review of the program risk appetite and the health of each of the relationships to ensure we are maximising opportunities for both BOQ Finance and our partner. It also requires involvement in both external and internal negotiations as well as collaboration with various stakeholders across the Bank.

The role also requires creation of IGL Credit Memorandums, BRP, ECC and Annual Reviews papers and responsible for ensuring the programs under their management operate within agreed covenants.

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, or related field
- Working understanding of financial analysis and credit requirements and policies
- Project management of medium to large projects
- Sound working knowledge of Asset Finance, and related products
- Sound knowledge of the commercial market and competitors’ products
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial management issues related to finance products
- Detailed knowledge of, and ability to implement, the NCCP, privacy legislation, PPSR and other relevant legislation
- Exposure to Business Development and Relationship Management of 3rd Party Asset Finance Introducers
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, focus on follow through and closing deals
