Thursday 10.30 am - 3.00 pm
Friday 9.30 am - 5:30 pm

$25.6- $27.81 per hour + Super +Salary Packaging

Olivet Care supports elderly persons to maintain their sense of self, Olivet Care provides a variety of aged care services and programs for every stage of the ageing journey. our services include Aged Care Day Programs, Residential Aged Care, Home Care Services, Residential Respite Care, and Dementia & Memory Support.

Olivet Care is looking to employ an experienced receptionist to join our administration team where you will be responsible for representing Olivet to the general public, residents and their representatives.

About You

You will be self-motivated, reliable, and committed to providing excellent customer service and who will actively promote and support a culture which demonstrates commitment to respecting elders’ rights, supporting quality care and service provision.

Duties of the role

Performing reception duties
Providing customer service and support to residents
Completing administration in relation to resident admissions and discharges
General administration support
Working collaboratively with the wider staff community
Taking a reasonable care for your health and safety and others
Not to be under the influence and/or use of alcohol or drugs while at work

What you will need to succeed

Enthusiasm and great interpersonal skills
Previous experience in working in a Residential Aged Care is desirable.
Outstanding Customer service
Extensive experience using Microsoft Office 2010 (or later) suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Excellent administration and organisational skills including time management
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
Well-developed decision-making skills and ability to effectively multi-task
Strong Organizational skills to manage and prioritise tasks
NDIS Worker screening check
3x COVID 19 and Flu Vaccination proof
