Enjoy a grape escape at our holiday park which sits amongst no fewer than 150 cellar doors, all scattered across the Hunter Valley’s rolling green lawn hills, which support both the thriving viticulture and food scene found here.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a friendly & professional Guest Experience Officer to join our Hunter Valley Holiday Park on a casual basis. **This position is approximately 25 hours per week. Weekend availability is essential**

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities
- Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park
- Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
- Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems

**You bring**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role / industry
- Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
- Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
- Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
