The Opportunity

We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our growing team that is based in our Head Office, Chipping Norton. This role will be hands-on and working closely with the HR Leader/Team in the development and delivery of projects, as well as working in close partnership with the operational managers’ to continuously embed an environment where every employee feels valued, motivated and inspired to bring their best selves to work each day.

You will bring a strong focus to the following areas; Compliance, Employee/Industrial Relations, Performance Management (Performance Optimization, Performance & Career Review, Coaching for Success and Coaching for Improvements) and Project Management.

Role Responsibility

Provide pragmatic advice and guidance to the business on employee and industrial relations matters; including the interpretation of modern awards and enterprise agreement.
Be involved in the negotiations of the Enterprise Agreement
Support / Manage key HR projects (e.g Transformational / Compliance Projects)

About You

This role is suited to someone that has solid experience as an Advisor and is seeking a move up on the HR career ladder. Ideally you have demonstrated experience working in a mixed workforce with exposure to modern awards and enterprise agreements.

To be successful in the role, you will bring a positive mindset, values collaboration and fosters positive working relationships. It will be a given that you have degree, related to Business, HR or Law and worked in a diverse workforce.

There may be occasional travel both interstate and internationally.
