**Your role with us**:
Be a pioneer hire for our growing Workplace Experience team that sits within our People & Culture department. Your day-to-day will involve implementing, maintaining, and developing a corporate travel policy to ensure compliance, cost control and effective understanding across all stakeholders. You will monitor travel budgets, produce regular reporting and travel insights, and identify cost-saving opportunities while also monitoring global travel advisories and implementing safety measures for our travelling employees of Easygo. You will also continuously assess and improve travel processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

**What you will do**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain a corporate travel policy to ensure compliance, cost control and effective understanding
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and executives.
- Manage complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Negotiate contracts and secure discounts with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies.
- Monitor travel budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Research, onboard and liaise with corporate travel support providers when necessary to build out our travel provisions within the company - including insurance providers, travel protection, etc
- Use travel management software to streamline booking processes and generate travel reports.
- Address and resolve travel-related issues, including cancellations, delays, and emergencies.
- Monitor global travel advisories and implement safety measures for business travellers.
- Facilitate 24/7 support for urgent travel changes, inquiries, or problems either directly or via corporate travel providers.
- Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile travel expenses and ensure accurate reporting.
- Analyze travel trends and present insights to optimize travel programs and expenditures.
- Train employees on travel booking tools, policies, and best practices.
- Organize and oversee group travel for conferences, meetings, and company events.
- Continuously assess and improve travel processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as required within the role and wider team and department

- Knowledge of travel procedures and considerations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment
