We are currently looking for motivated self-starters who are ready to start their Real Estate career to expand our team

Reporting directly to the Principal, your main focus is to initiate and develop positive and long-lasting relationships with clients that deliver successful business outcomes. You’ll be responsible for sourcing new clients, building strong, long-term relationships and proactively meeting growth targets and objectives on a monthly basis.

This is a role for those with a strong entrepreneurial drive who get a genuine buzz from helping our customers. We are looking for people with integrity and a passion to make a difference to the growth and success of both our clients and our own organization. Our people are all goal-driven with a desire for a career that fulfills them both emotionally and financially.

Your duties in this role include:

- Nurture new and existing client relationships;
- Prospect new business through database calls, referral networks and office leads;
- Prospecting new clients to build, develop and maintain relationships;
- Create and manage your own database;
- Assist the Sales Team
- Achieve weekly & monthly KPI targets;
- Networking and source new avenues to grow the portfolio
- A hunger and determination for growth
- A burning desire to succeed is mandatory
- Past success in delivering results with mínimal supervision.
- Previous success in any form of sales is preferred but not essential.
- Genuine interest in people and proven relationship-building skills.
- A strong desire for continuous knowledge and the internal motivation for achieving excellence that can change your life
- Own car and driver's licence

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
