**The gig**:
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager in this newly created role, you'll act as the first point of contact for membership and sales enquiries for all our clubs across Sydney and Melbourne
- You'll direct inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling)
- You'll provide heartfelt service to warm prospect and provide relevant solutions to their needs
- You'll book club tour appointments and liaise with Club teams to ensure non-intimidating and personalised experiences in their first attendance
- You'll contact and follow up on membership enquiries and leads to meet targets
- You'll regularly report on activity levels and stay on top of admin

**All about you**:

- You have minimum 1 year call centre experience and flexibility to work a rotating roster (including weekends)
- You know what it's like to work with a high-profile consumer brand and thrive on exceeding performance targets. A+ for you.
- You're people-focused. You enjoy learning about their needs and coming up with personalised and complete solutions. You're patient, level-headed and cool under pressure. Kicking targets out of the park makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside.
- You're self assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels. You're authentic when you express yourself. People trust your judgment.
- You don't get flustered easily. You're comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to reach targets.
- You have a can-do approach. You think on your feet. Whatever a prospect needs, whatever a prospect if looking for, you help them find it.
