As the Product Owner for our Health Management Programs, you will lead stakeholders in launching new Health Management Programs through capturing of business requirements whilst also managing and optimising our Health Management Programs performance through analytics, monitoring of funnel performance, reporting on and identifying opportunities to improve program performance.
The Product Owner is responsible for the conceptual and technical integrity of the product and its features. The roles purpose within the Payer to Partner team is to provide our existing and potential customers with outstanding customer experience and value; this is done by having deep customer insights and exceptional domain knowledge.
Let’s talk about you
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as either a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Analyst, Business Analyst role (or a similar role). You are comfortable leading stakeholders to implement programs and program optimisation through analysis, reporting and identifying new opportunities.
Your ability to lead through ambiguity, think creatively, focus and bring others on a journey will be critical to your success. You consider yourself a motivated self-starter with a natural ability to work in a highly collaborative and autonomous team, comfortable building relationships and leading distributed teams.
We’re looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or Health- Strong stakeholder management skills- Experience with gathering and eliciting requirements using a range of techniques and methods- Experience in leading stakeholders to deliver a product- Strong problem solving and analytical mindset- Good understanding and/or background in User Interface (UI) design concepts and methods (desired)
