Are you hands-on, enjoy working outdoors, and looking for a rewarding long-term role with a trusted brand? **Swimart Shellharbour** is seeking a reliable and motivated **Pool Service Technician** to join our friendly team.

As a Pool Service Technician, you’ll be the face of Swimart Shellharbour on the road, Servicing North Illawarra, Shellharbour, Southern Highlands and Shoalhaven regions—visiting residential and commercial pools to ensure they are clean, safe, and functioning at their best. This role involves the maintenance and servicing of residential and commercial pools and spas and equipment. This role involves water testing and balancing, equipment maintenance and installation, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll also work closely with our in-store team to assist customers and support daily operations when needed.

Reporting to the Service Lead, your responsibilities include:

- Perform scheduled pool servicing, cleaning, and water testing
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, chlorinators, filters, etc.)
- Deliver and install pool equipment and chemicals
- Provide excellent customer service and professional advice
- Maintain service records and follow job schedules
- Assist in the retail store as required (training provided)

Success in this role will be based highly on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues and provide trusted advice and solutions.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in pool servicing or a related mechanical/technical role preferred (but not essential—training provided)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Enjoys working independently and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting (up to 20kg) is involved
- Valid Australian driver’s licence (manual licence preferred)
- Clean driving record (driving history check required)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
