Hypa Reach is looking for a results-driven **SEO Specialist** to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience delivering outstanding SEO and content marketing results. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Technical SEO strategies and delivering measurable results for our clients.

Core Responsibilities Include:

- **SEO Strategy Development**: Craft tailored, data-driven strategies that align with client goals and deliver tangible results.
- **Technical SEO Audits & Fixes**: Conduct in-depth website audits and implement technical fixes to optimise site health and performance.
- **Keyword Research & Briefing**: Identify high-value keywords and create clear, actionable content briefs for writers and creators.
- **On-Page SEO**: Optimise content, meta tags, internal linking, and other on-page elements to drive rankings and visibility.
- **Client Performance Reporting**: Analyse data, track KPIs, and produce insightful reports that highlight successes and opportunities.

- **Tech Enthusiast**: You have experience working with—or are eager to dive into—the IT, Tech, Web-3, or Cybersecurity industries.

What You Bring:

- **Proven Track Record**: 3-5 years of experience in SEO with demonstrated success in driving traffic and ROI.
- **Tools Expertise**: Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working with multiple clients across varied industries.
- **Content Marketing Knowledge**: You understand how content and SEO work together to achieve business goals.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $65,062.89 - $120,668.98 per year

Expected hours: 15 per week
