Venue Manager - Rita’s Bar & Restaurant (North Adelaide)

We are now seeking an experienced and passionate **Venue Manager** to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- **Operations Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflows.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, roster, and motivate front-of-house staff, creating a strong and positive workplace culture.
- **Customer Experience**: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring service excellence and handling customer feedback professionally.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage stock ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the venue complies with liquor licensing, food safety, and workplace health & safety requirements.
- **Marketing & Events**: Collaborate on promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and maintain Rita’s brand reputation.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to ownership regarding performance, staffing, and opportunities for growth.

About You
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets, cost control, and reporting.
- Knowledge of local hospitality trends and customer expectations.
- Current RSA and sound understanding of compliance requirements.
- Passionate about food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.
