**About our role**:

We now have an opportunity for a **Demand Controller **to join our Demand Planning team - a Team that is recognised for its innovative and dynamic approach to business and solid system development. The Demand Team engages with many parts of our business and manages relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

**What you will do**:
In this role you will identify and lead the resolution of short-term imbalances between demand and supply for their channel (Retail or Foodservice). You will lead the weekly process with supply and sales to prioritise and manage demand when demand is either greater or less than the supply plan. You will also act as the conduit between Demand and Supply for forecast requests and/or changes to demand.

Activities include:

- Ensure effective communication from Supply to the Demand teams regarding potential Supply issues or constraints.
- Ensure that all requests are responded to and actioned where appropriate for short term.
- Facilitate the weekly commercial service meeting between demand and sales and identify customer collaboration misalignments with Sales/VRPs through customer forecast validation.
- Execute the Inventory at risk actions that relate to the short-term including MLOR and SLOB management.
- Ensure NPI, Deletions and Pack Changes are executed with excellence with supply and sales.
- Monitor forecast consumption (actual vs. forecast) at the detail level and adjust forecasts as required in consultation with sales and marketing.

**About you**:

- You hold a solid understanding of MRP, DRP and/or demand planning fundamentals.
- You possess the ability to understand and analyse detailed financial information and reports.
- You have excellent analytical and planning skills combined with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- You are a great influencer and someone who enjoys problem solving.
- Ideally, an understating of the Sales and Operations Planning process in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Ideally tertiary qualified in a business-related discipline.
- Ideally experienced with Power BI and report buildi
