**About the Role**:
About the Role: The Consultant, Talent Management operates as part of Executive and Strategic Projects team within the Workforce Management Directorate. The directorate is responsible for developing the capabilities of employees across the organization and for understanding workforce needs. It also designs, implements and evaluates organisation-wide frameworks and builds capability through structure and scaled initiatives and programs.

The Consultant, Talent Management is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to attract, engage and develop emerging leadership talent across schools and preschools. The role oversees and supports end to end implementation of the Talent Management Pathway ensuring all aspects of the program are executed flawlessly from start to finish.

In addition, the role manages the annual cycle of the pathway within project timelines, deliverables, team accountability, and issue and risk management to ensure successful project execution and key stakeholder satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
**Desirable**: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Human Resources or Business administration.

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO6 $97,022 - $102,626 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation.
