The role will include:
- Contract management of the GeoPanel and other Standing Offers, including periodic deed variations and deed governance.
- Monitoring panellist performance and compliance.
- Deliver ongoing support and guidance to panellists, stakeholders, customers and industry in relation to the GeoPanel.
- Deliver standing offer procurement activities, including the coordination and delivery of GeoPanel refreshes, when required.

- Preparation of written documentation, including senior management briefings and reports, procurement documentation, and panel management supporting material.
- Managing a small team of personnel including APS and contractor resources.
**About our Team**
The BECP Directorate is a critical enabler for delivering the AGO mission and is held in high regard by AGO senior management. It consists of three teams: Contracts & Procurement; Panel & Deeds; and Finance. BECP is a very busy directorate that works collaboratively across AGO to deliver priority outcomes for the organisation.
You will be a highly motivated person who values collaboration, team work and shared responsibility for delivering quality outcomes that align with organisational priorities. You will be a strong advocate for growth and development in yourself, and that of your team. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement attributes and very good written communication skills. As a leader of a team, you will embrace a progressive approach to management that is supportive, flexible, and creative in nature. You will value diversity and inclusion within the workplace and promote these behaviours in others. Not only will you encourage and embrace innovative approaches to delivering outcomes, but you will champion change in order to deliver strategic objectives. To successfully perform the role, you will have a demonstrated experience of undertaking procurements in accordance with Australian government policies and processes. Familiarity with End User License Agreements (EULAs) and contract management experience is highly desirable.
