Aidacare are a leading national provider of equipment and related services to the Health and Aged Care Sectors.

Aidacare is considered the benchmark in our industry for efficient service and solutions to our customers.

We are seeking to appoint someone who can make an exceptional first impression and offers excellent sales skills, customer service and superior administration.

Prior knowledge of rehabilitation/healthcare equipment would be an advantage, however not essential as training is provided.

This position is full time based at our Barwon showroom.

The key responsibilities for this full-time position are:

- Showroom retail sales experience
- Providing a great first impression in person and via phone
- A desire to provide solutions to customer needs in a timely, well communicated manner
- Performing office administration duties
- Experience in stock management
- A flair for product display

To be successful for this position you will:

- Have an exceptional telephone manner, be highly personable, approachable, motivated and friendly, yet professional at all times
- Display problem solving techniques
- Be highly organised and able to multi-task
- Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude
- Must be customer focused and able to provide solutions to meet our clients’ individual needs
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet KPI's and sales targets
- Be fully Covid-19 vaccinated

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Geelong, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
