Contact Centre Operations Manager required for Leading company that provide strong membership and insurance services to their customers.
Managing Insurance and Customer Service Contact Staff your role requires you to support, develop, coach and drive the team to meet targets while delivering exceptional customer service within a call centre environment.
Managing a variety of internal and external relationships, you will motivate, encourage and drive your teams to achieve optimum results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Development and coaching of teams in partnership with HR
- Manage inbound customer service/sales team
- Monitor KPI's and review outcomes
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Conduct performance reviews with team members
- Demonstrate commitment to continual customer service improvement
**Key Requirements**:
- Leadership experience within a Call Centre
- Leads by example while demonstrating experience in motivating teams
- Experience training and coaching of team members
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop relationships at senior levels
- Ability to grow and develop team members
- Ability to negotiate effectively and utilise decision making skills
To be considered for this role you will have leadership experience within a Call Centre. Working in a customer service/sales driven environment with a passion for motivating and encouraging others is required along with your ability to lead and manage team members to achieve sales/service targets.
