**The role**:
Cater Care seeks to appoint an engaging and dedicated Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a permanent full time basis commencing immediately.
The main focus for this position will be the day to day Recruitment admin for the recruiting and onboarding of Chefs & Utility staff on a permanent basis for our remote mining village operations located throughout Western Australia.
You will be highly organised and flexible to the constantly changing needs of the business in regards to recruitment needs and will have a bright, friendly and strong customer service focus to both your internal customers and applicants to Cater Care.
**What this role involves**:
Placement of job advertising on job boards and social media platforms
Applicant reviews and short-listing
Interviewing applicants
Booking of pre employment medicals
Offer of employment related administration
Answering general recruitment enquiries both internally and externally
**Skills and Experiences**:
**What we require from you**:
Genuine interest in recruitment / HR
Experience in HR or Recruitment administration desirable
Interviewing experience desirable
Ability to prioritise and manage own workflow
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Attention to detail and personal presentation
Embraces teamwork, but able to work autonomously
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Google Suite)
