Midnight Hotel is currently seeking a **Food & Beverage Attendant** - Breakfast Service (Casual, potential to be part-time or full-time) to join our F&B team at Braddon Merchant.

Braddon Merchant, we pride ourselves on delivering a highly personalised and unique guest experience. Therefore, you will play an important role in our team by demonstrating your confidence in rich food knowledge and service to our guests.

The roles will be based across a Sunday to Saturday roster, with shifts commencing 06:00 am until approximately 12:00 mid day or slightly later, depending on demand.

**Availability to work atleast 3 weekdays is a mandatory requirement.**

**The Role**

You will play a pivotal role in our Braddon Merchant experience by:

- Providing a dynamic, warm and engaging welcome and service experience as per Marriott Service Standards
- Demonstrating your knowledge in food
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Maintaining the cleanliness, stock levels and presentation of the location
- Collaborate with other Associates, including kitchen and bar
- Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create an exceptional dining experience

**What we need from you**:

- A minimum of 1 years experience in service is essential, including a practical demonstration of your sequence of service knowledge.
- Willingness to develop and grow your Food & Beverage knowledge.
- Exceptional service skill in creating a unique guest experience.
- Experience working in a Café and coffee making skills are desired.
- Dynamic, vibrant, confident and professional personality.
- Highly adaptable and able to perform during high-pressure service periods.
- Superior communication skills and detail orientated.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- Reliable and Punctual.
- A current ACT Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification.
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
- You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country.
