We are seeking enthusiastic F&B Attendants who are looking to be part of an expanding team at one of our prestigious sites, the Canberra Grammar School (CGS), Redhill ACT. Grow with us

**School Holidays off**

We currently have fantastic opportunities for F&B Attendants who are passionate about food and service and willing to assist the service team and function catering site. Your mission in this role is to deliver top quality, contemporary and consistent food in a timely manner. Reporting to the Site Manager**.**

These are casual positions operating in a dynamic service environment. As such operational conditions and client demands will dictate hours of work, however shifts are available Monday to Friday with school holidays off. Stand down during school holiday periods apply.

Some evening hours are available for events catering.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Functions
- wait service preferable but not essential.
- Previous experience working with students preferable.
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of /qualifications in food safety
- Impeccable grooming standards
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment (Café/ restaurant environment desirable)
- Delivering high quality food and service of food items for the site whilst following food safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Basic food preparation whilst adhering to food presentation standards.
- General cleaning and dishwashing.
- Maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic work practices.
- Operating POS System.
- Coffee making.
- Assisting event operations on site.

**About You**:

- A passion for great food
- An understanding of WH&S and Food Safety practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Must be able to work during weekdays.
