As part of our focus on continuous improvement and best industry HSEQ practices, we are currently looking to expand our team and as a result are looking for an experienced and motivated Systems Support Coordinator to join us. This position’s key focus will be to support the implementation of Daracon’s Management System by assisting the Systems Lead and Divisional Manager HSEQT in document preparation, monitoring compliance and identifying improvements.

**Desirable Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience in Business Administration, Quality Management, WHS, ENV or a related field desirable
- Lead Auditor certification in ISO standards (ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment, ISO 45001 WHS) is desirable.
- Additional training in continuous improvement methods desirable
- Must have experience in administration, compliance, or coordination roles.
- Must have exposure to ISO management systems (especially ISO 9001 for quality, 14001 for environment, 45001 for safety).
- Must have previous work in industries like construction, manufacturing, or services where compliance is critical.
- Must have experience supporting audits, inspections, and system rollouts.
