Our customer service function represents us on the ground and in the air. This is where memories are made - from welcoming our customers at check in, hosting them in our lounge, to looking after them on board, we deliver the best in service and customer care. As a Customer Services Agent Qantas Club, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the lounge, assisting our members and customers with a premium experience in our lounge and role modelling our Qantas lounge service standards.

You’ll have
- A genuine commitment to customer service excellence- Exceptional face to face customer service skills, ideally experienced with premium customers- Collaborative and supportive approach to working with your colleagues- A proactive ‘can do’ positive attitude- Ability to take ownership of problems and see through to completion- Strong written and verbal communication skills within a high volume, fast paced and demanding environment- Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills- Exceptional standard of personal presentation- Ability to work 7-day rotational roster- Ability to work in high pressure situations
