**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join our team in this permanent position. This role provides administration of our corporate card facility and cardholders and ensures that the requirements of the corporate card policy and procedure are adhered to.

This role also provides operational support for Accounts Receivable tasks, Accounts Payable journals and corporate payments.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Reviewing and managing all uncoded and unapproved expenses.
- Administering the software **Fraedom**, bank Corporate Card program and intranet site.
- Ensuring adequate training and information is provided to staff members on our expense reimbursement and corporate card processes, systems and policies
- Administration of Fraedom system including managing software update rollouts, communications to cardholder community and any associated change management tasks, for example, process and procedural updates

**About You**

You will have previous experience in a finance role, with experience using Fraedom in a current or previous role being highly advantageous. You will have high level problem solving skills and be confident in communicating with a range of stakeholders across the organisation.
