**Job summary**

Martinus is seeking a Commercial Administrator to support to our Western Australian team. This position will be based in Bayswater, Perth with flexibility to work from home.

**Jobs Task and Responsibilities**
- Invoice processing
- Accounts Payable
- Document management, distribution and uploading onto SAP
- Assessment and processing of subcontractors and supplier payment claims
- Docket management including matching dockets to invoices and reconcile
- Enter Purchase Orders from requisitions into SAP and send to suppliers
- Match and reconcile invoices to Purchase Order’s & process for payment
- Facilitating due diligence checks
- General data entry
- Provide other ad hoc administration support to ensure efficient operation of projects

**Knowledge, skills and attributes**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
- High computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Prior experience working in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Ability to exercise discretion and protect confidentiality whilst maintaining an approachable attitude
- High Level of organisation, attention to detail and accuracy
