**The Role**
As a result of growth, our Commercial team now have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to provide support to Account Directors in the area of Sales, Contracts and Financials.
**Responsibilities**
- Financial Support_
Provide support to the Commercial Leads and Account Directors in the area of financial controls including:
- Requesting Time Recording set up for Contracts, assisting with timesheet queries and helping to resolve timesheet issues
- Reconciliation of Timesheets at Month End to support Invoicing.
- Tracking of client Contracts, Purchase Orders and Invoicing, ensuring invoicing is timely and assisting to resolve any issues causing non-payment
- Supporting Procurement activities including loading of contract documents into the Contract Management System, creating Purchase Orders and tracking of Payments. Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments of 3rd parties
- Sales Support_
- Provide support to the Commercial Leads and Account Managers for the Sales Process including:
- Ensuring all documents are loaded into the Contract Management system and ensuring reviews and approvals are conducted and recorded per policy.
- Reporting from the Contract Management System
- Working closely with Commercial leads and Account Directors through the sales process

- Experience in any one of the following fields: Commercial, Financial, IT (desirable)
