**About the role**

The Liebherr Future Industries Division of Liebherr Australia is seeking an experienced, analytical, and professional Commercial Administrator to be based at our Perth Branch. Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, in this role you will be responsible for analysis of division results, financial reporting, asset management and support contract management.

**Duties**:

- Manage Monthly Progress Claims to Customers
- Manage Costs and margin chargeback to respective factories
- all in accordance with internal IP/TP intercompany agreement
- Manage LOI- staged invoicing process with respect to Future Industries related equipment and AHS
- Site mobilization and other duties are also required to support a growing team between the PTU and AHS branches of the project.
- Assist in the job
- setup to track specific scopes of work e.g fitment of Autonomy Kits - to create accurate cost modelling into the future

**Skills and Experience**:

- Applicants with Tertiary qualifications in Law or a related field will be highly regarded.
- Previous experience in Finance and Accounting
- Ability to interpret contracts
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Identification and resolution of potential issues
