Learning Experience Business Partner

We are seeking a passionate **Learning Experience Business Partner** to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop and deliver engaging digital and blended learning experiences that support our employees’ skill and capability development.
Things We’ll **Trust** You With:
- Creating contemporary and scalable learning solutions on our Learning Experience Platform
- Working closely with the L&OD team to design relevant learning experiences, using provided content and frameworks as well as curating appropriate content from providers.
- Working together to achieve our vision for the future.
- Utilising your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to champion change and create engaging learning experiences for our employees to evolve.
- Having a strong hands-on approach and a willingness to share your specialist skills and experience with the L&OD team.
Things You’ll **Do**:
- Utilise your significant experience and proven skills in instructional design and the development of employee-led learning experiences and resources.
- Call upon your experience with LMS, content creation tools, visual tools, video editing tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Suite) and an understanding of learning analytics.
- Use your understanding of learning theory and trends and how to use them to make informed decisions to develop high quality, engaging learning experiences.
- Proven ability to develop simple, clear and effective visual and written learning narratives
- Share your passion for learning and education whilst working with a collaborative and inclusive mindset, keeping our customers (team members and leadership team) front of mind.

The **Fine** Print:
- **Package**:$96,000 - $110,500 gross p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation
- **Hours of work**:Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flexitime arrangement.
