We are seeking a motivated & enthusiastic **Site Supervisor - ( North of the River ) **to oversee and manage the day-to-day operation in one of Perth's major Shopping Centre.

**About the role**

As the Site Supervisor, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily cleaning routines, maintaining high levels of quality control, training and coaching of employees, whilst managing workflow and client expectations.

In this role, you will be expected to meet KPIs, conduct site inspections and audits, adhere to and uphold all OH&S requirements.

**Skills and experience**

We are seeking someone with a minimum of 1 year of management and or supervisory experience, with a friendly attitude and an eye for detail.

You will be able to work with a range of ethnic individuals from diverse community groups and thrive in a fast paced environment.

You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, coupled with strong communication skills (both written and oral) and an ability to work efficiently and effectively independently without daily supervision.

You will need to have a current driver's license and national police clearance

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
