The Integration Lead Digital Mental Health will plan and design the work being undertaken to expand the Victorian Health Information Exchange (HIE) and integrate with Unique Patient Identification in response to Recommendation 62.1c of the Royal Commission into the Victorian Mental Health System (RCVMHS).
The role will lead the work to engage with key stakeholders to translate requirements for information sharing of critical consumer mental health information, as well as requirements for consent driven approaches to information sharing, into business models and business rules to support the overall design of the HIE solution.
Working very closely with the eMH&W (electronic Mental Health and Wellbeing) Record Workstream Lead and Mental Health Information Sharing Engagement Lead, the role will help drive the delivery of Recommendation 62.
This role will work very closely with Digital Health's LISConnect Architecture and Design Services and the Unique Patient Identification unit, to leverage existing government investments to support mental health information sharing.

**Accountabilities**:

- Plan and design mental health information sharing arrangements to be supported by the Health Information Exchange.
- Translate requirements for information sharing of critical consumer information, and requirements for consent driven approaches to information sharing, into business models and business rules to support the overall design of the HIE solution.
- Forge strong connections across the department and with external stakeholders in the Mental Health Sector to facilitate a partnership approach.
- Remove roadblocks, manage interdependencies across projects, review tenders, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Provide strategically aligned advice on service implementation and deployment approaches, decisions, budgets, resources and related project governance processes.
- Ensure the department and the mental health sector are aware of current progress and issues, and are notified of future plans by managing, controlling and reporting status of current work and future plans.
