Bring your previous management experience to lead, coach and mentor the Hairhouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail, salon and piercing studio. We will provide further leadership training, all the resources to lead, measure and coach your team to grow the business.

**The Role**
- A minimum 3 years’ Retail Management experience
- A passion for Hair and Beauty (any experience is a plus)
- Proven techniques in guiding a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Manage all day to day operations of the store and meet compliance requirements
- The ability to motivate, coach, develop and inspire your people and build a strong culture with your team
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines and drive successful marketing campaigns
- Authentic, ethical and transparent communication on store procedures/processes

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
