We have a unique opportunity available to support the Group’s NPI (New Product Introduction) activity. Reporting to the NPI Project Manager and forming part of the Group Supply Chain team, this role is responsible for coordinating and providing support to all new product introduction projects and inventory planning related to these products, to ensure they progress and meet customer and business expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring critical project milestones and timelines are achieved
- Providing regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders across the business
- Communicating project processes, including improvement and development opportunities
- Developing project and training documentation
- Assisting in identifying any potential risks and gaps across active projects
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- A sound knowledge of general supply chain procedures from end to end
- Excellent time management and exceptional administration efficiency and accuracy
- An ability to plan effectively and willingness to provide direction/support on pending deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow up when required
Also critical to your success is the ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders in the business coupled with a strong attention to detail and computer/systems skills.
