You will be enthusiastic about working with others in a team and have the ability to work in a fast paced, hands-on environment. Your personal values reflect those of IKEA, and you have a true passion for home furnishings and customer service. As our store trades 7 days a week you will you are required to be available to work a mix of day and evening shifts as well as have availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends, both Saturday & Sunday. For Logistics roles, you may be required to work evenings and overnight hours.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for co-workers in the following areas;
- Sales - Combine your positive attitude and exceptional customer service to provide product advice and memorable in-store experiences to our customers.
- Logistics
- Select, pack and dispatch orders. Work in a fast paced environment, ensuring high standards of selection and presentation are met every time to delight our customers when their purchases arrive for collection in store via Click & Collect. You may also help re-stock our shelves to ensure that our customers can find their next home furnishing purchase.
- Customer
- the friendly face of IKEA, you may be greeting our customers at the store entry, helping customers with returns or home delivery, or servicing customers at our checkouts.
- IKEA Food - Enthusiastic, passionate about food and retail, and love connecting with others, you will be responsible for cash handling, customer service, maintaining the customer restaurant and/or Swedish Food Market, or preparing and serving meals to our hungry customers.
