A leading technology provider is searching for a talented analyst to assist in managing the procurement component of a large tender

**The Company**

Our client is a one of Australia's fastest growing technology providers. Home to 100s of employees, the business is based in the heart of Melbourne CBD in slick modern offices. The firm prides itself on a strong community and usually sees its offices full throughout the week, however they offer flex from home flexibility where required.

They are searching for a procurement analyst to assist with a large project to outsource a component of their service package.

**The Role**

Through the to assist the current procurement team. The primary intent of the role will be to develop, implement and support procurement processes and strategies by partaking in the following activities:

- Assist the procurement lead in reviewing and documenting procurement risks associated with the RFP
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop tender documentation
- Assist the procurement lead in the contract creation process, negotiating with external stakeholders to agree on key components
- Support the development of sourcing strategy
- Administer the go to market and evaluation process
- Play a key role in contract analysis/negotiation preparation including cost analysis and financial modelling
