The Role

We are seeking a cheery and motivated Administration Officer to manage our busy reception. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service that ensures all guests, residents, and employees feel warm and welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reception duties, including:

- Operating a busy switchboard
- Greeting guests and visitors
- Handling deliveries
- Oversee rosters and ensure mínimal vacant shifts
- Support staff education and training initiatives
- Assist with payroll-related tasks
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager
- Maintain procedures for smooth front and back-of-house management
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with TLC employees

- Autonomous computer literacy and speed
- Aged Care experience (desirable)
