About the Role

Responsibilities include:
Managing the implementation of consistent, transparent and robust regulatory practice in accordance with the principles of good administrative decision making and the ECEC legislation.
Making complex decisions and providing advice to senior management on regulatory issues while considering the legal and policy implications.
Overseeing recommendations and decisions as well as providing high quality guidance and training to the team to ensure quality, defensibility and consistency.
Anticipating risk, responding to issues and trends through data analysis to develop innovative solutions and drive operational planning, resource allocation and scheduling.
Identifying opportunities to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders and maintaining existing networks within the ECEC sector.
