We are a group of companies in a single office and are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Office Secretary.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.
- Maintain and organize office files and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
