**Description**:
What we are looking for
- Develop & execute Aussie Broadbands strategy for our Wholesales & MSP Channel Partners.
- Coach & lead a team Partner manager’s.
- Accurately forecast sales and revenue for each customer and your team.
- Drive yourself to achieve the key goals required to achieve success in the role.

**Skills and Experiences**:
The things that are really (really) important
- Experience in developing and managing B2B sales channels in within a licensee, franchise or wholesale model.
- Commercial expertise including planning, revenue, and cost forecasting.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders
- Develop a team of Partner Managers to meet and exceed targets
- Create & foster a culture that reflects continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
