**Operations Manager, NDIS (Part-time)**

**Location**: Fraser Rise, Victoria, Australia

**Employment Type**: Part-time (0.6 FTE, 3 days/week)

Serenity Solution is a dedicated NDIS registered provider in Fraser Rise, committed to empowering individuals with disabilities. We deliver person-centered services, including Supported Independent Living and daily living support, ensuring high quality and compliance.

We're seeking a highly skilled **Operations Manager** to lead and optimize our NDIS service delivery on a part-time basis at Fraser Rise. This critical role ensures efficient, compliant, and participant-focused operations. You'll need exceptional **English speaking and written communication skills** and a relevant **degree**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all daily NDIS operations, ensuring service excellence.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to all NDIS standards, quality and safeguards, and relevant legislation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of support staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Manage operational budgets, resources, and service delivery KPIs.
- Handle NDIS invoicing, client documentation, and quality assurance processes.
- Act as a key contact for participants, families, and external stakeholders.

**About You**:

- **Exceptional English Speaking and Written Skills** are essential for clear communication and documentation.
- **Degree Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Disability Services, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the NDIS sector.
- In-depth understanding of NDIS framework, compliance, and service delivery.
- **Strong disability knowledge, including an understanding of various conditions and support needs.**:

- **Demonstrated advocacy skills, with the ability to champion the rights and needs of participants.**:

- **Familiarity with mental health support principles and how they intersect with disability services.**:

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in NDIS portals and client management systems.
- Commitment to person-centred care and participant empowerment.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Fraser Rise.
- Relevant NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and Driver's Licence are required.
