**The Opportunity**
Come and discover the opportunity to join our Orrcon Steel business in our Human Resources team as a **People Business Partner**. Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and leading Australian steel distributor with nationally recognised brands.
People are our strength, and in this exciting role, you will play an integral part in supporting the Orrcon Steel business to achieve and enhance its strategic outcomes through its people - resulting in a high performing culture and engaged workforce.
Based out of our Marsden Park site, the opportunity includes a competitive remuneration package including our profit share program (annual bonus). **What Will You Do?**
As a trusted Business Partner, you will:
- contribute to the design, implementation and execution of the Orrcon Steel People Plan
- work with leaders to develop and implement strategies for workplace change to deliver improved business outcomes
- support and coach line leaders to effectively manage all people matters, including culture, talent and succession, development, workforce planning, performance, recruitment and onboarding activities, and disciplinary processes.
- assist, guide and coach leaders to develop a high performing culture
- support line managers in establishing efficient and cost-effective people and business solutions

As an experienced HR professional who can connect with our people and build meaningful relationships, you will bring:
- the ability to influence and lead change across a geographically diverse business
- dedication to achieving business outcomes
- the ability to coach and guide leaders on people related matters
- exposure to managing ER and or IR matters, including Enterprise Agreement negotiations
