**The Opportunity**

Our Lysaght business is looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join the **Customer Service Team**based in **Batemans Bay**. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Lysaght for our customers, ensuring exceptional service in each interaction. Working within a friendly and inclusive team you will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries. Your can-do attitude will be on full display as you take new orders and quotations, providing product and pricing advice and manage a variety of day-to-day enquiries. **What Will You Do?**

Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you'll also be:

- preparing and following up customer quotes, entering and managing customer orders whilst supporting our sales teams
- coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics process including compliance with any requirements and regulations, updating all necessary systems that manage orders
- managing the relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience
